The company Euro Dotácie, a.s. , Company ID 36 438 76 Na Šefranici 1280/8, 010 01 Žilina, registered in the Commercial Register of the District Court Žilina, Section Sa, insert no. 10634/L (hereinafter referred to as: "operator" or "company") hereby informs the business, contractual and other partners of the operator, including persons representing these partners (e.g. employees, members of the statutory body...) (hereinafter referred to as "data subjects") pursuant to Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) about the processing of their personal data in the context of the operator's business activities.

The data subject may contact the operator by e-mail at osobnyudaj@eurodotacie.sk or by post to the address of the company's registered office.

The operator processes personal data for the purposes listed below:

ACCOUNTING DOCUMENTS

The purpose of processing personal data in the field of accounting, accounting documents and business agenda is to fulfill the legal obligations of the operator arising from special regulations (e.g. the Accounting Act, the Value Added Tax Act, the Income Tax Act, and the like).

The legal basis for the processing of personal data (including their provision to third parties) is the fulfillment of a legal obligation pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (c) of the General Data Protection Regulation.

The retention period for personal data is 10 years.

The recipients of personal data are the postal service operator, bailiff offices / financial executors, lawyers, entities contractually cooperating with the operator, mainly for the purpose of providing legal services, enforcing the operator's claims under the contract, supporting administrative and technical services, entities ensuring the development, management and support of information technologies and performing external audits. Personal data may also be provided to public authorities in accordance with special regulations.

CUSTOMER REGISTER

The purpose of processing personal data in the area of customer registration is the preparation and implementation of the operator's business activities.

The legal basis for the processing of personal data is the legitimate interest pursued by the operator within the meaning of Article 6(1)(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation. The legitimate interest of the operator is the right to conduct business within the scope of its activities.

The period of retention of personal data is determined by the preparation and duration of the business relationship.

Recipients of personal data are entities providing support, development and management of information technologies, entities providing external audit, suppliers of goods, works and services for the operator cooperating with the data subject, telecommunications service providers, data storage providers. Personal data may also be provided to public authorities in accordance with special regulations.

MAIL RECORDS AND REGISTRY MANAGEMENT

Personal data for the purpose of mail registration and registry management (registration and management of received and sent postal items, management of items delivered to and sent from electronic mailboxes, and registration and archiving of contracts, files related to debt collection and other documents related to the contractual relationship) are processed as part of the fulfillment of the operator's legal obligations under special regulations.

The legal basis for processing personal data is the fulfillment of a legal obligation pursuant to Article 6(1)(c) of the General Data Protection Regulation (in particular, obligations arising from Act No. 395/2002 Coll. on archives and registries and on amending certain acts, as amended, and obligations arising from Act No. 305/2013 Coll. on the electronic exercise of powers of public authorities and on amending and supplementing certain acts, the Act on e-Government).

Retention periods are established by special regulations.

Personal data will be provided to the following recipients: the postal service operator, entities providing support, administration and development of the information system and performance of external audits.

OTHER PROVISIONS APPLICABLE FOR ALL THESE PURPOSES:

Personal data are not provided to third countries outside the EU, nor does the operator intend to transfer personal data to third countries. There is no automated decision-making or profiling when processing personal data.

The data subject has the right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority, which is the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic, and the right to request access to their personal data from the operator, the right to correction or deletion, or restriction of processing of their personal data.

The data subject also has the right to object to processing of personal data concerning him or her, including profiling. In the event of such an objection, the operator shall not further process the personal data unless it can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override the interests, rights and freedoms of the data subject, or for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.

 

Information for those interested in receiving an automated overview of calls

 

If you wish to register in our system for automated sending of suitable calls according to your profile, on the website, you must also enter your e-mail details (first and last name, name of organization, contact email and phone number including identification of the region in which you operate. For registration we use the so-called "active consent" procedure (opt -in). Your registration will therefore only be completed if you confirm your agreement to the privacy policy when entering your profile details.

If we discover that you have registered as a natural person, your personal data will be deleted immediately and your registration will not be accepted.

In carrying out our business activities, we obtain your personal data directly from you, or we obtain it from third parties in the performance of our tasks.


When processing personal data by our company, you are the data subject, i.e. the person about whom personal data relating to you is processed.


We may also process your personal data as part of fulfilling our obligations as an employer, for example if you are a family member of our employee or a person close to him/her.

If we process your personal data in accordance with specific legal regulations, failure to provide your personal data could result in the inability to perform the tasks and obligations of the office.

We are legally obliged to provide your personal data during inspections, supervisory activities or at the request of authorized state authorities or institutions, if this results from special regulations.

Your personal data will be stored securely, in accordance with our security policy and only for the period necessary to fulfill the purpose of the processing. Access to your personal data will be exclusively granted to persons authorized by us to process personal data, who process it on the basis of the operator's instructions, in accordance with the operator's security policy.

Your personal data will be backed up in accordance with our retention policies. Your personal data will be completely deleted from backup storage as soon as possible in accordance with the backup policies. Personal data stored in backup storage serves to prevent security incidents, in particular disruption of data availability due to a security incident.

We are obliged to ensure data backup in accordance with the security requirements of the GDPR and Act No. 18/2018 Coll.


On what basis will your data be processed?

Your personal data will be processed on the basis of specific legal regulations and purposes determined by the operator. These are individually listed in the Information on the purposes of processing.


Who are the recipients of your personal data?

Beneficiary category:

  • state administration and public authorities
  • courts
  • law enforcement agencies
  • bailiffs / financial executors
  • notaries

Will your personal data be provided outside the European Union?

Personal data is not transferred to a third country or international organization.


Will your data be used for automated individual decision-making?

Personal data will not be used for automated individual decision-making, including profiling.


How long will your personal data be stored?

The storage of personal data that we process about you is subject to Act No. 395/2002 Coll. on archives and registries.


What rights do you have?


Withdraw consent in cases where we process your personal data based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw this consent at any time. You can withdraw your consent electronically, at the address of the responsible person, in writing, by notifying us of the withdrawal of consent or in person at our company's registered office. The withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing of personal data that we have processed about you on the basis of it.


Right of access

- you have the right to be provided with a copy of the personal data we hold about you, as well as information about how we use your personal data. In most cases, your personal data will be provided to you in written, paper form, unless you request another method of provision. If you have requested the provision of this information by electronic means, it will be provided to you electronically, if technically possible.


Right to correction

- we take reasonable steps to ensure the accuracy, completeness and timeliness of the information we hold about you. If you believe that the information we hold about you is inaccurate, incomplete or out of date, please do not hesitate to ask us to correct, update or supplement this information.


Right to erasure (to be forgotten)

- you have the right to ask us to erase your personal data, for example where the personal data we have collected about you is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was processed. However, your right must be assessed in the light of all relevant circumstances. For example, we may have certain legal and regulatory obligations which mean we will not be able to comply with your request.


Right to restriction of processing

- in certain circumstances, you have the right to ask us to stop using your personal data. This includes cases where you believe that the personal data we hold about you may be inaccurate or where you believe that we no longer need to use your personal data.


Right to data portability

- in certain circumstances, you have the right to ask us to transfer the personal data you have provided to us to another third party of your choice. However, the right to portability only applies to personal data that we have obtained from you based on consent or on the basis of a contract to which you are a party.


Right to object

- you have the right to object to data processing that is based on our legitimate interests.

If we do not have a compelling legitimate reason for processing and you object, we will no longer process your personal data.


The right to file a motion to initiate proceedings on the protection of personal data
